Most party favors fail in one of two ways. They break before the guests get home, or they are so obviously filler that nobody takes them out of the bag.
A flexi is one solid piece. It comes off the print plate with the joints already formed, so there is nothing glued, nothing to assemble and no part that can pop off and get lost under a car seat. Dropping it on a kitchen floor does nothing.
It moves, which is why children keep them. An articulated axolotl that wiggles or a T-Rex whose jaw opens gets handled for weeks. A plastic ring does not.
There are no batteries and no noise. That matters more to the parents collecting the bags than to the children carrying them.
They are light. Twenty Micros weigh almost nothing, which keeps shipping cheap and makes them easy to post inside invitations or thank-you cards if you want to.

What 3D Printed Party Favors Cost, Size by Size
Prices are per piece and per size, and they are the same whether you order one or forty. The classic size ladder runs like this on most animals.
Micro at 1 inch is $1 on most designs. This is the favor bag size. It fits in a palm, a cupcake box or a small cellophane bag.
Mini at 1.5 inches is $1.75. Half an inch larger sounds like nothing, but it reads as a proper toy rather than a charm, and it is the size most people settle on for school-age guests.
Regular at 2 inches is $2.75. This is the size to use when the favor is the gift rather than an extra, or when the guest list is short.
Large at 3 inches is $6 and X-Large at 6 inches is $15. These are not favor bag sizes. They are the prize for a game, the centerpiece, or the gift for the birthday child.
Keychain size is $7 on most designs. A ring makes it a bag tag rather than a toy, which works well for adult events and for older children who will clip it to a backpack. The keychains collection has 29 standalone designs as well.
The arithmetic is easy from there. Twelve Micros is $12. Twenty Minis is $35. Twenty-four Regulars is $66. A few designs sit slightly above these prices, so check the size menu on the product page before you multiply.
How Many to Order, and Which Size for Which Guest
Order two or three more than your guest list. Siblings arrive, a piece gets dropped in a car park, and the spares cost a dollar each.
Under 3 years old is a no. Micros and Minis are small enough to be a choking hazard and our pieces are not intended for children under 3. For a party with toddlers, use the Regular or Large size, or choose a different favor.
Ages 3 to 6 do best with Regular at 2 inches. Big enough to hold with a whole hand, small enough to stay cheap across a long list.
Ages 7 and up are happy with Micro or Mini. This is the age that puts a tiny axolotl in a pencil case and still has it at the end of term.
Adult events work better with keychains. A wedding table, a work party or a market giveaway gets more use out of something that clips to keys than out of a loose figure.
Mixed ages are the normal case. Ordering two sizes of the same creature is fine and often simpler than picking one compromise size for everyone.
Colors: One Theme Color or Twenty Different Ones
Color is where a bulk order can get complicated, so it helps to know what the options on a product page actually do.
Single means one color for the whole piece. This is what you want if the favors need to match a theme. Type the color you want in the Custom color box above the Add to cart button and we print it in that color.
Dual means two colors on one piece. Good for a specific pairing, and worth naming both colors in the Custom color box so there is no guessing.
Rainbow means a multi-color filament, and it will vary. Every piece comes out differently, which is charming on a table of twenty and wrong if you needed them identical.
Surprise Me leaves the choice to us. For favor bags this is often the best answer. It gives a table full of different colors with no decisions to make and no risk of a filament being unavailable.
A custom color costs the same as the default. Nothing is made in advance, so a specific shade is no more work than a standard one. If the filament you asked for is out, we message you with the closest match before printing rather than substituting quietly.
One practical note on matching. Twenty pieces in one exact color need one spool, so tell us the color early rather than at checkout. Twenty pieces in assorted colors are easier for us and usually faster.
Lead Time Is the Part People Get Wrong
Normal orders are printed, inspected joint by joint and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, then spend 2 to 5 business days with the post. A bulk order sits differently in that schedule.
Quantity is print hours, not stock. Twenty Micros is twenty prints. They are quick prints, but they still occupy a machine, and our shipping policy says plainly that bulk or party orders can take longer than the standard window.
One color for a large batch adds time. A filament change is a stop, and a batch that must all match cannot be spread across whatever is already loaded.
If an order will take more than 5 business days, we email you before then. That is a promise about telling you, not about speed.
Count backwards from the party, then add a week. For a Saturday party, ordering two weeks ahead is comfortable. Ordering on Monday for that Saturday is a question to ask us first, not an assumption to make.
Orders of $100 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight, and flexi toys are light. A batch of favors plus the birthday gift itself often crosses $100 without effort.
If the timing is tight, pickup removes the postal half entirely. Pickup in Como is free and ready in the same 1 to 3 day window, and you can collect at our Canton Trade Days booth in Pavilion 4200, booth 4268/4269, on a show weekend. How to Place a Bulk Order for 3D Printed Party Favors
There is no bulk button on a product page. For a small count you can simply use the quantity field, and for anything larger or anything with a deadline, start with a message.
Small orders: use the cart
Up to about a dozen pieces of a size that is already a standard option, adding them to the cart works fine. Pick the size, type the color in the Custom color box, set the quantity, and order. If you want different creatures, add each one separately.
Larger orders: send the details first
Our contact form has a subject option for a bulk or event order. Tell us four things and we can answer in one reply rather than five.
The date you need them in hand. Not the party date if you are traveling to it. The date you need to be holding the box.
The count, including your spares. Twenty-two is a different answer from twenty only in that it is easier to say yes to early.
The size and creature, or the theme. If you are flexible on the creature, say so. A dinosaur theme with any dinosaurs is much easier to fill quickly than one specific dragon.
The color plan. One matching color, two theme colors, or assorted. This is the detail that most changes how long a batch takes.
We reply within one business day, usually the same day, and we will tell you honestly if a date does not fit rather than taking the order and hoping.
Safety, Ages and What Goes in the Bag
Party favors go home with other people's children, so the details are worth being plain about.
Our pieces are not intended for children under 3. Small size is the reason. This applies to the toy sizes generally, and to Micros and Minis in particular.
They are printed in premium PLA. PLA is a rigid plant-based plastic with no glue, no paint and no coating, and it is safe to handle once printed.
Heat is the one real limit. PLA softens above about 140 degrees Fahrenheit, which a car on a Texas afternoon reaches easily. Favor bags left in a hot car can warp.
They are not chew toys. That goes for dogs as much as for toddlers.
They clean with warm water. A wipe with a soft cloth handles the rest, which is useful when a favor has been through a party and a garden.
If you are putting together the bags yourself, a flexi pairs well with flat items. It is the piece with shape in a bag that is otherwise stickers and paper, so put it in last where a guest sees it first.

How far ahead should I order party favors?
Two weeks before the event is comfortable for most counts. That covers the 1 to 3 business days of printing, the 2 to 5 business days in transit, and the margin that turns a tight delivery into an early one. For a large batch in one matching color, ask us first.
Can I get twenty pieces in exactly the same color?
Yes. Type the color in the Custom color box and order the quantity you need. If that filament is unavailable we contact you with the closest match before we print anything.
What is the cheapest party favor you sell?
