These terms cover your use of cosmic3dcreations.com and any order you place with Cosmic 3D Creations of Como, Texas. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders and payment
- Every item is printed to order after you pay. An order is accepted when we send the shipping or pickup confirmation, not when the payment is taken.
- Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If we list a price in error, we will contact you before printing and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the payment providers shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before we start printing it. Once printing has started, the order is covered by our refund policy.
Custom colors and personalized items
Colors typed into the Custom color box are matched as closely as our filament stock allows. If we cannot match a color, we contact you before printing. Because these prints are made for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Product safety
Our toys are printed in premium PLA and inspected before shipping. Micro and Mini sizes and keychains are small parts and are not suitable for children under three. None of our products are chew toys for pets. Keep printed items out of hot cars and direct sun, because PLA softens above about 140°F.
Shipping, pickup and returns
Delivery times, rates, pickup and damaged deliveries are covered in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Designs and intellectual property
The creatures we print are designed by independent 3D artists who license their work to us for commercial printing. We are an authorized seller for every designer we print. You are buying a physical print, not the design file, and you may not scan, reproduce or resell the design. The photos, text and layout of this site belong to Cosmic 3D Creations and may not be copied without our written permission.
Your account and reviews
If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else is using them. Anything you post on the site, such as a review, must be your own and must not be unlawful, misleading or abusive. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
Accuracy of information
We do our best to describe every product accurately, but colors on screen can differ from the printed piece and measurements are approximate. If something on the site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays and damage caused by carriers, weather or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas or United States consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be handled in the courts of Hopkins County, Texas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
