What is a flexi toy?

A flexi toy is an articulated animal 3D printed in one piece, with joints that form during the print. It comes off the printer already moving, so there is nothing to put together. The body curls, the tail swings and the legs bend.

What sizes do you make?

Most of our animals come in Micro (1 in) at $1, Mini (1.5 in) at $1.75, Regular (2 in) at $2.75, Large (3 in) at $6 to $8 and X-Large (6 in) at $15. Most also come as a keychain for $7 to $9. Some designs, like our dragons, have their own sizes, listed in the Size menu on each product.

Are they safe for young kids?

Our toys are not intended for children under 3, because the small sizes and moving parts can be a choking hazard. They are printed in PLA plastic and are not chew toys for pets. Keep them out of hot cars, since PLA softens above about 140°F. Our care guide covers cleaning.

How do I choose a color?

Pick a color in the Color menu on the product page. Single is one color and Dual is two, so type the colors you want in the Custom color box. Choose Surprise Me!! and we pick for you. If a color is out when we print, we message you with the closest match.

How long until my order ships?

We print every order after you place it and check each one joint by joint. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom colors and large orders can take longer, and we email you if yours will take more than 5 business days.

How much is shipping?

Orders of $35 or more ship free by USPS Economy. Under $35, Economy is $3.99 for orders up to 5 lb. We email you a tracking number when the package leaves, and most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after shipping. We ship within the United States. Read the shipping policy.

When should I order for Christmas?

Order by December 14 for Christmas delivery. That leaves time for printing and for USPS. Holiday mail can run late, so order earlier for a gift that has to arrive on a certain day.

Do you deliver locally?

Yes. We deliver within 45 miles of Como, Texas for $10, on orders of $10 or more. Enter your address at checkout and choose Local Delivery. If it does not appear, your address is outside our delivery area.

Can I pick up at Canton Trade Days?

Yes. Our booth is our only pickup spot: Pavilion 4000, Booth 4268/4269. Message us before you order and we will have it ready at the next show. See show dates.

What if my toy arrives broken?

Email sales@cosmic3dcreations.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the toy and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, or refund it if you prefer. You do not need to send it back.

Can I return something?

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Contact us first for the return address. You pay return shipping, and custom color prints can only be returned if they arrive damaged. Read the return policy.

Do you take bulk or party orders?

Yes. For party favors, classroom sets or orders of ten or more pieces, email us before you order. We will quote a price and a print time.

Are these licensed designs?

Yes. We are an authorized seller for the designers whose work we print, including Cinderwing3D, Flexi Factory and Pawpular Prints, so every toy we sell is a legitimate print.
