Cosmic 3D Creations runs this store on Shopify. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit, buy from us or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service, this policy wins on matters of personal information.

What we collect

Contact details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses.
Order details: what you viewed, added to your cart, bought, returned or exchanged, and the custom color you asked for.
Payment details: handled by Shopify Payments and the payment provider you choose. We see the last four digits of a card and the payment status, never the full number.
Account details: your login and preferences, if you create an account.
Messages: anything you send us by email, the contact form, Facebook or in person.
Device and usage details: IP address, browser, device type and how you move through the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Where it comes from

From you, when you order, create an account or write to us. Automatically, from your device and browser when you use the site. From Shopify and the other services that help us run the store, such as payment and shipping providers.

How we use it

To print, pack, ship and deliver your order, process payments, and handle returns and pickups.
To answer your questions and tell you about your order.
To send news, event dates and offers by email, only if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To show you ads for our products on other sites, based on what you looked at here. You can opt out below.
To keep the store secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations such as tax records.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders and payments. Shopify's own privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
Service providers that help us ship (USPS), send email, run analytics and place ads, such as Google and Meta. They receive only what they need for that job.
Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights and yours.
A buyer of our business, if we ever sell or merge it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws; see your choices below.

Cookies

Shopify sets cookies that the store needs to work, such as keeping items in your cart. Analytics and advertising cookies help us see what is popular and show relevant ads. Your choices and rights

Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
Targeted advertising: email us to opt out, or turn on the Global Privacy Control setting in your browser, which we honor.
Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, receive a copy of, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm it is you, and we keep records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and order records.
Appeals: if we turn down a request, you can ask us to look again, and you can complain to your state attorney general.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Account details stay until you ask us to delete them. Marketing email addresses stay until you unsubscribe.

Security

Payments are encrypted and handled by Shopify. We limit who can see order data and use strong passwords and two-factor login on our accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please protect your own login as well.

Children

Many of our toys are for children, but the store itself is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Where your data is stored

Shopify stores data on servers in the United States and other countries where it operates. If you are outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US.

Other websites

Links to designers, social networks and other sites take you to places with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
