This guide is for reptile keepers, frog fans and anyone who has spotted more than one lizard in our catalog and wondered which is which. We print 17 3D printed reptiles and frogs: six lizards, two snakes, four turtles and five frogs. Below we group them by body plan, give the sizes and prices from each product page, then match them to a reptile keeper, a child, a desk and a bag. Choose by body plan first, because a lizard, a snake, a turtle and a frog move in four different ways, and that matters more than size.
Seventeen 3D Printed Reptiles and Frogs, Four Body Plans
Every piece here is printed in place as a single piece of premium PLA. The joints form on the print plate with a small gap between each segment, so nothing is glued or assembled. What differs is where the joints go, and that follows the real animal.
Lizards are a jointed spine with four legs. The body sways side to side and the tail curls. They drape well over the edge of a monitor or a pencil.
Snakes are all spine. With no legs to get in the way, the joints run the whole length, so they coil, weave between your fingers and hold a raised strike pose.
Turtles are the opposite: a fixed shell with a moving head, legs and tail. They are the calmest of the four to fidget with.
Frogs are short and folded. They crouch, stretch out into a jump, or sit flat, and they fit in a closed hand.
Frogs are amphibians, not reptiles, but people shop for them together, so we cover them together. The axolotl is an amphibian too, and it has its own axolotl guide with all six designs.
Both snakes, all four turtles and four of the lizards are together in our reptile collection. The Alligator, the Crescent Gecko and the frogs are not in it.

The Lizard, the Gecko, the Chameleon and the Alligator share one size menu and one set of prices. That makes them easy to mix in a collection, because a Large of each is the same 3 inches and the same $6.00.

The Lizard is the plain, all-purpose one, jointed from neck to tail tip. If you want one lizard and no particular species, start here.
The Gecko is slimmer. It wraps around a pencil or hangs over the edge of a screen better than the others, which suits a desk.
The Chameleon has the long curling tail and the slow, deliberate bend the real animal is known for. Curl the tail and cock the head, and it holds a branch-gripping pose.
The Alligator is the long, low one with the lazy side-to-side sway of a gator in the water. Strictly it is a crocodilian, not a lizard, but it moves like one and sits well beside them.
The Crescent Gecko and Mini Bearded Dragon Come in One Size
These two have no size menu. Each is a single sculpt with a Keychain option instead: No gets the figure on its own for $7.00, and Yes adds a ring for $8.00. Both sit in our keychain collection.
The Crescent Gecko is covered in textured scales, with big eyes and a curved silhouette that sets it apart from the other lizards. It curls into the crescent shape its name comes from and holds it.
The Mini Bearded Dragon captures the sturdy build of a real beardie in a size you can carry. Sandy tan and orange suit it, or type the colors of your own bearded dragon in the Custom color box. Any color is the same price.
Despite the name, the Mini Bearded Dragon is not the Mini size of anything. It is its own design, and it is not related to our fantasy dragons.
Two Snakes, and Why Length Changes Everything
A snake is the one body plan where size changes how the toy feels in your hand. More length means more joints, and more joints means it coils, drapes and wraps rather than just bending.
The CinderSnake: Baby or Large
The CinderSnake is a mythical serpent, printed as one long articulated piece. Baby is $10.00 and small enough for a desk or a pocket. The Rose Snake: one size, full length
The Rose Snake is the lifelike one, a full-length serpent with fine detail along the body. It comes in one size, listed as 32 on the product page, at $35.00, and it has the same four color choices as the CinderSnake. This is the reptile to pick for a shelf, or for a reptile keeper who wants a snake that never needs feeding.
For a fidget you keep in a pocket, the Baby CinderSnake is the practical choice. For something that makes people stop and look, the Rose Snake.
Four Turtles at Four Price Points
The Turtle uses the same classic ladder as the lizards, from a $1.00 Micro to a $15.00 X-Large, with a $7.00 Keychain size. The shell stays rigid while the head, legs and tail move, so it tucks in tight or stretches out flat.
The Mini Turtle is a separate compact design, $7.00 alone or $8.00 with a ring. Like the Crescent Gecko, it lives in the keychain collection.
The Crystal Turtle is built from flat planes and sharp edges that catch the light as you turn it. It comes in two sizes: Mini at $2.75 and Regular at $5.00.

Five Frogs, From a $1.75 Micro to a 6 Inch Butterfly Frog
The Frog uses the classic sizes, but its smallest two cost a little more than the lizards: Micro (1 inch) $1.75 and Mini (1.5 inch) $2.00. From there it matches: Regular (2 inch) $2.75, Large (3 inch) $6.00, X-Large (6 inch) $15.00 and Keychain $7.00.
The Tree Frog has the climber's stance, toes spread and eyes wide. It is a single size, $7.00 alone or $8.00 with a ring.
The Rose Frog works a rose into a frog body, so it reads as a flower from one angle and a frog from the other. It sits well in a plant pot. Mini is $2.75, Regular $5.00 and Large $12.00, and it is one of our best sellers.
The Cowboy Frog is a frog with a western twist, at the same three prices as the Rose Frog. There is no keychain on this one, so the Mini is the pocket choice.
The Butterfly Frog puts butterfly wings on a frog body. Mini is about 2 inches at $2.75, Regular about 3 inches at $5.00, and Large about 6 inches at $15.00.

Which 3D Printed Reptiles Suit a Keeper, a Child, a Desk or a Bag
For someone who keeps a real reptile, match the species. The Mini Bearded Dragon for a beardie owner, the Crescent Gecko for a gecko keeper, the Rose Snake for a snake owner. Type their animal's colors in the Custom color box.
For a young child, a Regular (2 inch) or Large (3 inch) Lizard, Turtle or Frog is big enough to grab and flex without fiddling. Micro pieces are a choking risk, so keep them away from children who still put things in their mouths.

Common Questions About 3D Printed Reptiles
Can I put one in my reptile's tank?
No. These are toys and display pieces, not terrarium decor. A heat lamp can soften PLA, which starts to soften above about 140°F, and a pet can chew small parts. Keep them on the shelf beside the tank instead.
Can I get a lizard in its real colors?
Yes. Type the colors in the Custom color box above Add to cart, such as "green with an orange tail". If we are out of a color, we message you with the closest match before we start printing.
Which one moves the most?
The snakes, because they are nothing but joints. The Large CinderSnake and the Rose Snake coil and drape in a way no legged design can.
How long does one take to arrive?
Each piece is printed after you order, inspected joint by joint and shipped in 1 to 3 business days, then the carrier's transit time is added on top.
