The Original Highland Cow Toy: $7 in Three Colors
The Highland Cow was our first highland design, listed back in 2024. It stands about 4 inches tall with a stocky body and short legs, and it prints as one articulated piece. The joints come already formed, so it bends, turns its head and settles into a pose without any assembly.
It is also one of the sturdier animals we make. The short legs and thick body leave fewer thin parts to worry about, which makes it a good pick for a younger child who will actually play with it.
The three colors
Brown Mix blends shades of brown so the coat looks shaggy and natural.
Brown is a single solid brown for a cleaner, simpler look.
Rainbow - Will Vary runs a rainbow filament through the print, so each cow comes out a little different and yours will not match the photo exactly.
All three are $7. If you want something that is not on the menu, the Custom color box takes any color you type.
Cubby or Big: Two Highland Cow Toys at Two Prices
These two were added to the catalog in October, and they sit at opposite ends of the lineup.
Cubby Highland Cow, $7
The Cubby is round and fluffy, with a tan textured coat, big white horns, a pink nose and wide round eyes. It is built for cuteness more than realism. It carries our pocket tag, so it is a good size for a lunchbox, a desk or a stocking. It moves on its joints and holds a new pose on a shelf. The page lists one price and no size options.
Big Highland Cow, $12
The Big Highland Cow is the most detailed of the group. Long bangs fall over its eyes, two curved horns sweep out to the sides, the coat is sculpted in stripes like a thick fleece, and the hooves are tufted. The head turns, the legs swing at the hips and shoulders, and the tail curls up over its back.
The photo shows a brown and tan blend that brings out the coat texture. If you want one highland cow toy that looks like the real animal, this is the one we would point you to.
The White and Black Highland Cow and the Shaggy Baby Cow
These two are $12 each and come in one size with no options to pick, so they go straight to your cart.
The White and Black Highland Cow has a thick sculpted coat from head to tail, in white, with black ears, a black nose, one black eye patch and black hooves speckled with white. It stands, steps and tilts its body and tail, and it stays where you put it. Next to a brown cow it makes the pair look like a real little herd instead of two copies.
The Baby Cow is a shaggy calf in light brown with cream details: two short cream horns, round ears, a cream muzzle, cream hooves and a tufted tail. The legs step, the body bends and the tail swings. Its coat and horns make it a natural calf for any of the highland cows above.

Real coat colors are the most common request. Real highland cattle come in red, ginger, black, dun and white as well as brown, and any of those makes a good request for the Big Highland Cow or the Cubby.
A matching herd works well too. Ask for the same brown on the Big Highland Cow and the Baby Cow so the calf looks like it belongs to that cow.
Bright or pastel is the fun choice for a kid's room: a pink highland cow, a lavender one or a mint calf.
